Shipping Policy

Processing

We aim to process all orders within 3 working days, except for handmade items such as our rope leads and collars. Please allow up to 5-7 working days for handmade items to be processed prior to shipping.

Delivery

We use Royal Mail as our primary shipping provider. The delivery timelines below apply once your order has been processed.

UK Delivery

Standard delivery £3.80 (2-3 working days)

Recorded delivery £4.90 (2-3 working days)

Europe

Our international shipping rates for Europe are based on the package weight and are determined at checkout. We offer both a Standard and Tracked service for international shipping. (5-7 working days)

USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand

Our international shipping rates for USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are based on the package weight and are determined at checkout. We offer both a Standard and Tracked service for international shipping. (7-10 working days)

 

Customs

We are not liable for local customs and sales tax. Your local customs authority may notify you once your order reaches your country and customs and sales tax may be applied and paid for by you before you receive your goods. Any customs delay or charges that may occur is beyond our control.

 

Lost, stolen or damaged parcels

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Once your parcel leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your parcel. By purchasing you adhere to these conditions. In the unlikely event your parcel has not arrived or has arrived damaged, you can look to make a claim with Royal Mail.

Returns Policy

Refunds

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your order. We do of course want you to be completely satisfied with your products – if you would like to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please notify us of a return within 7 days of receiving your products, via email to hello@mutterlyfabulous.co.uk. We will then send you the relevant returns address to make your return, which must fall within the 14 day return period.

Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility, unless the reason for return is due to faulty/damaged products. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service when returning any unwanted items. Please ensure that you keep tracking numbers until you receive a confirmation of refund. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them - unused with tags attached. We cannot accept items where the tags have been removed under any circumstances.

Please do try our products on your pups indoors to ensure that any items that do need to be returned, reach us in perfect, re-saleable condition.

Please note that made to order items such as our handmade rope leads, collars and hand painted leather patches on personalised harnesses are non-refundable.
